FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I report a technical problem?
Use the “Report a problem” link in the footer. Describe what happened and on which page - it speeds things up a lot.
I applied but I cannot attend
You can withdraw your application on the offer page. Do it as early as you can so the organisation has time to find a replacement.
Can I apply for several offers at once?
Yes. Just make sure the dates do not overlap - the organisation sees your other applications when planning.
How do I delete my account?
